Oblong Quarto; in brown paper wrappers with a sepia illustration pasted to the upper wrapper; 6 pages; complete with 24 sepia photographic illustrations of colonial architecture in Charleston; some chipping to the edges of the wrappers; a 2 inch closed tear down to the titling; a couple of closed tear to the interior none of which affect the text; the illustrations are bright and clean.
