Burt Company; there are penciled notes on the front endpapers for the Blue Eagle Library (a lending library) but no other marks of any kind, and certainly no pockets, call letters and the like; the jacket has minor loss to the edges.~~Burnett’s first, and blockbuster, novel was Little Caesar, issued by The Dial Press in 1929; it as followed smartly the following year by Iron Man in 1930. That same year Dial issued Saint Johnson. This reprint edition is uncommon.
