[6] pages; all edges untrimmed and with top edge gilt ‘on the rough’; the binding is lightly soiled; there is an arrangement of astrological signs in gilt on the front cover; the astrological signs are arranged in a lozenge on the title page and printed in red and black; charmingly Frances Meynell wrote: “in the colophon I have put some seventeenth century signs of the zodiac round about the Nonesuch device to make a little zoo”; housed in the publisher’s uncommon dark green slipcase decorated with stars.
