[LAW] [ENGLAND] INDENTURE BETWEEN DAVID CREE AND MARIA TICKELL, ETC. 1864
An indenture in three sheets for the partition of “messauges and land” in Paradise Terrace, Islington between a Mrs. Tickell, a Miss Horter, Capt. Arthur Evelyn Tyler and the Misses Tyler; apparently executed by David Cree, solicitor in Bush Lane in the City of London.~~Dated 2nd November, 1864.~~The elaborate forms for the Indenture were sold by “G. Tyler & Sons, Law Stationer, 44 Carey Street, Lincoln’s Inn”. The sheets are approximately 22” x 25”, with rules in red and mostly hand-lettered. The three sheets are tied at the bottom corners with pink ribbons.~~.
