8vo; stapled pamphlet, [8] pages. The menu for a dinner given by the American Newspaper Publisher’s Association at the Waldorf-Astoria in 1944. It is signed by Richmond Newspaper Editor John Stewart Bryan at the bottom of the front cover. With a tipped-in portrait photograph of Howard Davis on the verso of the cover, signed by Howard Davis. The rear cover is signed by most of the living Presidents of the American Newspaper Publishers Association and or members of the Board of Directors. They represented most of the major newspapers in the nation at the end of the World War II years.
