Large 8vo.; in the publisher’s orange pictorial boards; xvi, [3], 4-148 pages, including the Index; laid in is an errata sheet, and an examination sheet offered by the “International Association of Approved Basketball Coaches” from 1959 with the top corner (which has the name of the examinee) torn off; this copy is signed with a personal inscription by John Bunn (”Coach”) to “Bud”.~~John Bunn was an important figure in the world of basketball. He was head coach at Stanford in the 19, going from there to Springfield College and Colorado State College. From 1949 to 1863 he was chairman of the Basketball Hall of Fame, and the organization presents an annual award in his name.
