Rebound in burgundy cloth, with the printed wrappers bound in. Illustrations throughout. Because of the protection of the later binding, the wrappers are quite bright.~With the bookplate of Claude Monteiro of Richmond, descendant of Confederate surgeon Aristides Monteiro.~~This guidebook is local item for us. Having said that, this is but the second copy we have had. Uncommon, with but a single copy found on OCLC.
