An oblong 24mo album, in brown cloth with titling in red, and faded decorations in green. An album of 24 mounted samples of dried alpine flowers, on 12 leaves; each sample with printed label with the latin name. The flowers, while fragile, appear to be intact. They include: Gentiana Alpina; Crucus vernus (with bulb); Ranunculus ficaira; Triufolium alpinum; and 20 others. Patterned paper floral endpapers. Undated but probably from the late 19th century.
