Six juvenile stories: “The Ice King and the Sweet South Wind,” “The Christmas Cake,” “Little Annie Leslie,” “Caspar and the Little Hunchback,” “The Disobedient Little Squirrels,” “The Christmas Gathering.” Bookplate on the front pastedown. Signed binding by John Bumpus of Oxford. Full red calf, gilt rules at the perimeters and floral devices in corners; lettering and decoration in gilt on the somewhat darkened spine. Wear to the joints. Original cloth binding bound in at the rear.
