Full Leather. Finely bound in a rich brown morocco by the well-regarded book artist Monique Lallier and signed with her stamp at the bottom of the rear board. With gilt rule to the perimeter of the front board with stops at the corners and the shield of St.Catherine (we presume) or perhaps that of the monastery on the “God-trodden Mount of Sinai”; title lettered in blind at the spine; top edge silver, with marbled endpapers and printing in red and black. This copy with the signature of “Brother Justin | Feast of St. Catherine | November 25, 2088”. Brother Justin is the librarian at the Monastery of St. Catherine on Mount Sinai. In the binder’s clamshell box of chocolate raw silk with printed paper label. The endsheets of the box are new, and are a sympathetic chocolate color.
