At the rear are plans and proposals for a parkway to connect the State Capitol, Lincoln Monument, Washington Park, and Governor’s Mansion, by the American Park Builders. Designed to guide and inspire the growth of the city, Myron H. West’s work is detailed, well-informed, and attractively illustrated.
