Bound in speckled calf with decorations and rules, and a black morocco label on the spine. The spine is attractively rebacked in calf. Decorative perimeter to the front and rear boards, edges and turn-ins rolled, all in gilt.Wear to the leading corners of the boards.Some foxing to the preliminaries. Marbled endpapers. Previous owner’s bookplate on the front pastedown.
