Chapter U.D.C. in 1910 “from the only copy outside the Confederate Museum”. It was billed as a “Souvenir Copy” “Sold for the benefit of the U. D. C.” and could be ordered from two, almost certainly redoubtable, ladies of the Tazewell U.D.C.~A relic from the time organizations like the Daughters of the Confederacy were in the ascendancy.
