Immediately following Part II is the case of Basset and Morgan vs. Manxel. at Serjeant’s Inn, followed by The Quaeries which does have a separated titlepage and pagination. A Table of the Printed Matters is present with a separted register. Three different names in the same family penned on the title page, and lengthy notes about the family penned on the verso and dated in 1844. In a later binding of calf over cloth, with a morocco label; some loss at the bottom of the spine.
