The New Riding Club was a Boston group which purchased the historic building at 52 Hemenway Street in 1891 to take advantage of the bridle paths designed by Frederick Law Olmstead in the Fens of Boston’s Back Bay. The list of Officer’s is quite brahmin-centric. A beautiful copy still with the plain publisher’s wrapper.
