New York: American Electric Railway Association, .
Hard Cover. First Edition. The Executive Committee of the American Electric Railway Association, following their 1925 convention, authorized the formation of the Committee on Essential Features of Modern Cars to develop new car designs. The goal was to repalce older types of cars with “attractive, comfortable, light-weight modern cars” [p. 3]. This 88 page book is their report, illustrated with black and white photographs of street railway cars and several folding measured drawings of electric railway cars. An uncommon item; we locate no copies on OCLC.
Very Good binding.
