Gelfond, as well as by John and Joan Digby who wrote the text. Bound in blue and white patterned paper boards backed in grey cloth with gilt titling to the spine. Laid is a wood-engraving by John De Pol printed from the original block and housed in a printed folder as a keepsake from The Stone House Press.
