Richmond: Whittet and Shepperson, 1915.
Stapled Pamphlet. First Edition. A pamphlet discussion of mine warfare, of interest as Maury perfected the “electric torpedo” which wreaked havoc with northern shipping. The Nevins bibliography considers the work to be “satisfactory” [Nevins I, 229]. A decent copy with some light creasing to the cover. There is a previous owner name at top of the first page, and a gift inscription by the same person at the top of the front cover. (Nevins I, 229).
Very Good binding.
