Full Leather. The second of two issues of this short-lived literary annual or gift book, containing material by J. K. Paulding, Washington Irving and W. G. Simms. With yellow glazed flyleaves, with have oxidized; engraved frontispiece and title vignette, plus eleven additional inserted engraved plates. Varying degrees of foxing pretty much throughout. Bound in olive green leather, elaborately stamped in blind and gilt. Quite an attractively bright binding for its period. This copy has been recased.
