This copy was presented to Robert Coalter Byran and his name is written in on the title page; his armorial bookplate can be found on the front free endpaper; 8 photographs mounted, one per page in this book; the first photograph is of the title page of the Bible: The New Testament printed by John Baskett, London, 1739; the remaining 7 photographs are of family records; an uncommon book that was certainly issued for family members only; it is hard to imagine that something like this had a run larger than a couple dozen if that; bound in full leather; joints are weak but holding. Scarce.
