FROM THE NORTH: [Washington]

• 1-95 South
• Take Boulevard exit [Exit 78]
• Merge onto VA 161/S Boulevard (bear right at end of ramp)
• Stay on Boulevard, crossing Broad Street, then Monument Avenue (go around Stonewall Jackson)
• Make a left turn from Boulevard onto Grove Avenue (Virginia Museum will be on your right)
• Go 2 blocks east on Grove Ave. At the stoplight at Grove and Robinson, turn Right.
• Go 2 blocks to the stoplight at Main St. and Robinson St.
• Black Swan Books is on the corner straight ahead.

FROM THE SOUTH: [Petersburg]

• I-95 North
• Merge onto I-195 N/VA-195/ Downtown Expressway via Exit 74A toward VA-195 Toll/Downtown Expressway [there will be a $.70 toll]. You will be on a really scary ramp getting onto the Expressway.
• Go through toll plaza, but head into the right hand lane. Stay on Downtown Expressway until the VA-161/Boulevard exit on the right. There is a stoplight at the end of the ramp.
• At the stoplight, turn right onto S. Robinson Street.
• Cross Cary Street (there's a stoplight) and go 1/2 a block. The parking lot for Black Swan Books is on your left just before the stoplight.

FROM THE EAST: [Williamsburg]

• I-64 West
• Merge onto I-95 S/Richmond-Petersburg Turnpike via Exit 190 on the Left towards Petersburg.
• Merge onto I-195 N/VA-195/ Downtown Expressway via Exit 74A toward VA-195 Toll/Downtown Expressway [there will be a $.70 toll]. You will be on a really scary ramp getting onto the Expressway.

FROM THE WEST: [Charlottesville]

• I-64 East
• Pass both the Parham Rd. and then the Glenside Dr. exits. The next exit is I-195.
• Merge onto I-195 South via Exit 186 toward Powhite Parkway.
• Take the Cary St. exit (stay to the left following the sign for Cary St.)
• Take a left at the light, heading east on Cary St. for approximately 1 mile.
• Take a left at the light from Cary St. to Robinson St.
• Go 1/2 a block. The parking lot for Black Swan Books is on your left just before the stoplight.
