Hard Cover. First Edition. A clean copy of the First Edition in the publisher’s orange cloth. The dustjacket has a 1” piece missing from the top of the spine which affects the titling (the top of the “B” in “By”) and a couple of “ghosts of old scotch tape repair. There are no marks of any kind in the book; the dustjacket has not been price-clipped and is now protected in a new mylar cover.
